Glutinous Rice with Durian in Coconut Cream

Hot dang it’s so good. This is my favorite dessert at Kalaya and it’s so nice to have at home too. Found it in the freezer aisle. Learn from my mistake: pay attention while it’s in the microwave so it doesn’t explode durian all over.
